New clutch fitted now have tinny rattle at low speeds???

Hi guys. Got a new clutch put into my sisters 1.7 puma the other day. Had a new slave cylinder fitted aswell but when driving it back I noticed a tinny rattle at low speeds. Either pulling away or coming to a stop. It seems to stop above 20mph though.
One other thing the HCV blew yesterday so had to replace that quickly so did a full flush and redid the coolant. Tool it out for a spin and seemed to have lost the sound.... Up until my sister drive off and u could hear the rattle again???
I'm thinking the garage hasn't done something quite right on the clutch change???

could be anything..

id bet the exhaust heatsheild as the gearlinkage pole dropped it's probably needs re-aligning/gapping properly..
