New flip key !

Hi all im new to this site as iv bought my puma yesterday (2001 1.6). Im extremely happy with the car and the condition it is in. I got the two keys (manual and remote key) but the remote key looks like its been a dogs chew toy (purely cosmetic damage, works fine). I was looking on ebay for new keys and stumbled across this key http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-Flip-Remote-Key-Case-Cut-Your-Car-Focus-Fiesta-/130505289303?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1e62b8ae57" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; now there are a few of these for sale on ebay and im unsure if its compatible (some item descriptions say no some say yes). If it is how do i make it work, i know there has been threads in the past but im still unsure.
Any help will be very much appreiciated !

Just to update everyone on my quest for a flip key i came across this :
