Anyone know what this noise is? It's coming from intake side, so i'm assuming something to do with the vct, but im not sure what.

Can anyone help? There's no noticable loss of power, just embarasing more than anything.

The intake end is the opposite end to the VCT....?

What i mean is the sound is coming from the front of the engine, which is the intake, and the vct is on the intake

Thinking about it, could this be a bad belt tensioner or water pump bearing?
