If you're on Google Mail you get the option to talk to other people who use it, too.....am always gassing in there ; )

I use windows messenger and I have it set not to allow URL links. That way nothing can be clicked and if I think something is worth while looking at then I copy and paste it into a browser....

... MSN worms have been around too long, I had to help half my contact list remove it after it started spamming their contacts. Fortunately I wasn't the one that sent it to them
