What's the easiest way to do a RR disc conv? What do you guys recommend and how easy/ difficult is it to do? Fanx:)

Not worth the expense, time, hassle and effort IMHO. But you'd need Focus rear hubs or FRP ones, a rear ABS loom from an Escort estate and then you'd need to get the hubs machined to fit the Puma ABS tone rings

really easy with focus disks and calipers and a non abs fiesta master cylinder - but obviously no abs afterwards

oil burner looking to use it mainly for track, so you think decent front upgrade would be enough? As I'm not looking to race as such just have fun?

A decent set of front discs and bigger calipers plus some higher spec brake fluid should be just fine the fronts do most of the braking

Brilliant, thanks! ST150 appears to be easiest for front, is the extra effort for Mondeo v6 front brakes worth it? Or will the ST150s be enough, have seen good things about the improvement with 150s?!

I have ST150 discs on the front of mine and Focus discs on the back. Make sure you put a larger master cylinder in (I'm using the master cylinder and servo from a Mk2 Mondeo) as it's a lot more fluid to move and you'll have a long pedal with the standard setup.
