I put the wrong price on Autotrader but did edit it this morning but it obviously hasnt updated yet :?

When was the cam-belt last replaced?

Make and model of tyres and tread depth?

Any rust/corrosion on the rear arches?

Any MOT advisories?

IF YOU MEAN HEATED WINDSCREEN THEN YES

When was the cam-belt last replaced?
WAS REPLACED IN DEC 2011 WITH WATER PUMP

Make and model of tyres and tread depth?
NOT SURE ON MAKE, MODEL AND TREAD BUT THE FRONT 2 TYRES WERE CHANGED A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO

Any rust/corrosion on the rear arches?
SOME RUST ON THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR ARCH BUT NOT LOADS

Any MOT advisories?
NO ADVISORIES

Car is being used by my brother at the mo so am not able to go and see what make and model the tyres are.
