Rust repair

Does anyone know anyone around the West Yorkshire area that repairs rust at all?

B & M Arch Autos in Leeds fitted the arch repair bits from Fibrebuild and sorted the rest of the rust on our Puma, partial respray, bumper repair and all over polish.

Very pleased as we got a mint Puma back. A one man (and his guard dog) outfit in a not up market part of Leeds and advertise 'NO VAT' but I have no idea what that meant. (best not stop to ask any of the young ladies that hang around there for directions)

Jessops were great - you know all you need to of their reputation by the waiting list. The rust repairs on the floor were amazing

A mini restore was the requirement.

I went with a budget and got him to spend up to it -

Both rear arches replaced and rear quarters resprayed
Rear bumper repaired (was dented and crazed) and resprayed.
Rust around both doors in usual places repaired and resprayed
Scrapes on drivers door repaired
Stone chips and scratches on bonnet sorted.
Door sills tidied and sprayed
Front arches superficial rust repaired and sprayed
Whole car polished

Exterior now mint - £800 cash and I got a proper receipt.......

By the sounds of it I would probably been just as happy with Jessops but have no idea who would cost less :grin:

I'd say £800 is a really good quote. I got a bit anal about it and got them to take all the windows out, lights off, bumpers off etc which bumped up the labour

I can't argue with you Barry. OCD was designed for me and that car!!
