I think it did, but not by much, sounded loads better and even more so with the ECU swap

I can see that your window is dirty also below the line of maximum closure. Mine is full of green stuff as well; do you plan on taking it out and cleaning it properly? It is driving me nuts when I see the moss inside my doors.....
At the same time, I think that cleaning it with warm soapy water would do good to the weather seals on the door as well. How are they attached to the door? Just pushed in or are there some clips (waiting to be broken)?

The rubber strip just pulls off. When I wrapped the car I removed the glass and gave it a good clean. But that didn't last long
