Weird metal clamp plug

Just finishing putting new engine into puma, on the same bit of loom as throttle position sensor and alternator plug is a weird plug with a metal type clamp attached to it. I have no idea where it goes! Hellllpp pleaseee

Solved! It was Crank sensor... the dodgy cage around it threw us off! Thanks anyway folks!
