You can get them cheap off ebay, but they are of questionable quality. You`d be better to get one directly from Ford. The Mk4 Fiesta Haynes is great for most bits like this.

That is exactly it spot on folks The pipe seem to have just snapped off on the right hand pipe..... My odometer is been surging now and again, would this be related?? thanks again folks Brenn
