    polycarbonate windows

Can confirm 2mm polycarbonate bends and bonds very well both longitudinally and laterally. But as Stuart says is not MSA legal. Think you would have a harder time bonding 4mm without bolting or rivet. So would have to go down the thermo formed route to avoid them

Fibreglass Panels - Potential New Supplier

I'd definitely be interested in wings. Especially if there wider. Would need to know the difference in weight between any given panels. Interested in the weight saving rather than looks

    Interest in Rockingham Trackday 2016?

Rockingham track day report 6.5.16 After a 7 month winter break booked this venue hoping it wouldn't rain. I've driven Rockingham before and didn't relish turning in to one of the banked turns at 100 MPH in the wet. As it turned out, we didn't turn in to any Corner for most of the morning...

    Cadwell Park 31/10/14

I think that javelin need to up their game as far as track discipline is concerned. Their lack of enforcement of the rules is bordering on dangerous. Just because they offer cheap (and overcrowded) days shouldn't mean turning a blind eye to undertaking and the like. With other more...

    Cadwell Park 31/10/14

Had a good day spectating for a change. Was great to meet Mr Noobrider, and his car. A true enthusiast. Was the first chance to get a passenger ride in a different, well sorted, well driven puma. The thing that impressed me the most was the tyres. I've never been an advocate of Toyo t1r's after...

    My Puma.. Maximum Track Attack!!

That mirrors the research I've done too. Now we have the evo wing installed we are planning on placing the vg's on the roof to aid airflow to it. Plan at moment is to place them about 100mm back from where the roof starts to slope down which will roughly be in line with the door handle. Not sure...

    My Puma.. Maximum Track Attack!!

Guerney flap looks interesting. We've just ordered some vortex generators from America for the roof. Have you done any research into these?

    Cadwell youtube session, advice welcome

Forecast for Friday Nick is 17 degrees and dry :-) me and my lad will definitely be popping over. Which Tyres have you gone for? When is your blyton date stu? We are really tempted to do one more this year, especially if it's wet because we've no idea how our car handles other than in dry...

    Donington trackday

Donington went well at weekend despite the fact it had more stoppages of any I've ever attended. Really pleased with upgrades for this event which included the wing, secure splitter, ride height drop, and brake cooling ducts. Starting to feel my age now considering three of my children were...

    Sports Cat

We run a miltek Sport cat. Did you get one sorted? Not sure without taking it off what the difference between it and a de-cat would be performance wise.

    Cadwell youtube session, advice welcome

Nice driving :-) only thing i picked up on was that you seemed to be carrying 4th gear into and out of Charlie's one and two. As you turn into coppice it goes uphill, shifting into 3rd before Charlie's one allows maximum drive out of Charlie's two and onto the back straight. It along with barn...

    engine and gearbox weight?

Just bought a Spare engine and gearbox. Now have to figure out how I'm going to get it home. Anyone have any idea how much it'll weigh? Could two or three blokes lift it into the back of a mpv or van? Or will i need a pick up? Maybe should of sorted all this before agreeing to buy it :-(

    DIY Brake Ducts - Ideas?

Half the fun is researching and implementing ideas. We found that the biggest hurdle is actually routing the pipework so it doesn't foul on the wheels as they turn. Whether our solution is robust enough to stand up to track work we'll see. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
