    Cant remove rear drum

    hi all, i'm trying to change my rear bbrake shoes, and have undone the 4 bolts, but what i think is the ABS is fouling at the back of the drum so i cant get it off. ive undone the 1 bolt holding that in place but still no joy. Any ideas ???? Rich.

    New discs fitted

    Finally fitted the discs and pads that i got from Spike. :thumbs: Braking now much less scary. :shock: Will hopefully get a 280 or 300mm upgrade eventually, but that will depend on wife/kids/finances allowing. These are a great interim measure tho'

    Cost me £200 quid but it passed

    :grin: Yay, car passed it's MOT, cost £215 in total, couple of bits (suspension bushes, gaiters ETC) but nowt major. I'm not gonna grumble too much, car is 12 years old and I can't be sure how well it's been look after in the past. Thats me all set for the Leicester meet :grin: :thumbs:

    Cleaned it....................

    Well gave the new car a wash n wax today, took much longer than i remember, and need to do the wheels better. Wasnt helped by the ancient turtle wax i used (found in the shed :roll: ), will treat her to some new goodies and redo before the leicester meet. :-)
