    DIY throttle body setup

All that should be left to do to get them running well is to balance up the throttle plates and then fit the aftermarket ecu and get it mapped. I've sent you my details via PM.

Breaking, Melina blue 1.7, open to offers on all parts!

The car has 110k and the MOT history seems to indicate the driveshafts are almost shot, I wouldn't recommend re-using them. All of the suspension bolts look very rusty too.

    Stage Car Project

Hi guys, Time for another update. Things have been slow recently due to ordering the roll cage in February and only receiving it last week after being given a leadtime of 4-6 weeks, but that's another story entirely. Anyway, the cage is a Safety Devices 6 point bolt in with cross rear...

    Radiator Upgrade

It's also with noting that there is no longer a heater matrix and associated pipework in the car which has reduced the coolant capacity which needs to be replaced by a larger capacity radiator.

    Radiator Upgrade

Yes I've searched alloy rads but I'm more interested in larger radiators from other models that fit the puma rather than fitting an alloy replacement. The cost of an alloy radiator would not be acceptable for me for rallying considering the likelihood of it getting damaged and needing replaced.

    Radiator Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the radiator on the Puma rally car as the original needs replacing so may aswell upgrade at the same time. Does anybody know what options there are, I've read about cosworth and focus rs radiators, are these a good option? Any part numbers, links or experience would be...

    Stage Car Project

From what I've read the future of seats will be computer chips in the seats which store age, number of events done, etc. I think all British seat manufacturers are currently putting these chips in their new seats in order to future proof their seats.

    Stage Car Project

Oh I forgot to mention the seats we currently have in the car will be going as we need FIA approved seats mounted with proper sidemounts, but as the seats are lifed they will be one of the last things to go in along with harnesses as those are also lifed.

    Stage Car Project

After speaking to Phil today while marshalling at a rally it seems I got the wrong end of the stick and the battery is going behind the drivers seat with one extinguisher behind the passenger and the other extinguisher in the footwell. In the boot will be the spare wheel, jack and tools should...

    Stage Car Project

The problem we have is that there will be fire extinguishers behind the seats and we have no weight in the back at all at the moment which means we will really struggle to get any heat in the tyres at the back. There will also be a spare wheel and tyre in the back so the weight of a lightweight...
