Cheers for the quote Gaz.

I feel a bit bad now. I've priced up the equivalent Pagid brakes and discs, and they're £45 against £32. Add to that the cost of the calipers at £10, and I've spent £23 more than I needed to.

The calipers are a great price at £10 delivered, and I really apprieciate the work you've done and the effort you've made - but the discs were a bit of a deal breaker, as I'd have probably spent the same amount of money if you'd provided the calipers and discs.

Hope this makes sense. :?

No worries.

TBH I don't fit anything other than pagid discs on road cars. They are OE for many high end cars.
The cheap stuff on eBay is OK for stuff your selling on mind.

I have just fitted 312mm discs and pads to my 2 year old 20k 4x4 tsi Octavia, I had to purchase some caliper carriers to fit the bigger discs.
Admittedly I chose EBC redstuff pads instead of cheaper pagid pads. The total cost was a shade over £210 :-@

You prompted me to have a sort out in my garage so all is not lost :)
