Brake experts.. are these any good?

Quick question fellow Pumaists..

Passed MOT today but had advisories stating all four brake hoses are slightly deteriorated (and one slightly twisted).

As I may as well replace them, would like to know if these are any good (1.7 with ABS):

I got them on mine, there pretty good, brakes feel better and more solid, they look good too!

I've got some spare Apec hoses for both sides in the garage if you want a pair...

I have HEL on mine, as they have stainless steel fittings, the standard Goodridge are only zinc plated.

Sorry to jump into the OP's thread..

I am about to have bigger brakes fitted up front and new pipes to the rear on mine, is it worth changing the hoses at same time - originals on a 99 but not in bad condition??

Being as your having bigger brakes I have to assume youll be needing / using them so it cant hurt changing the hoses as well at the same time, for convemience.I think probably any noticeable improvement in pedal feel / braking efficiency from the hoses will be lost / hidden behind the improvement with the bigger brakes.I would do it though if I was having bigger brakes.
