My clutch is catching in reverse, and slow to release, dragging the clutch.

I see there are 2 and 3 Piece kits available..which should i go for?,and what brand/where from?

cheers

it shouldnt be worn out at 34k,but the car has had little use in its life, sitting idle for weeks at a time..i just assumed it was due to this. The clutch is slow in coming in..the revs rise at times when trying quick gear changes..once in gear it never slips...just slow on the uptake.

Like you said it shouldn't be worn at 34K but if it's riding the clutch when you change gear it sounds like it's worn or maybe there's a problem with the release bearing, slave cylinder or oil from the gearbox or crank end seal on the clutch. I would still try bleeding the slave cylinder before I did anything else, though. If you do decide to replace it you want the whole kit including the release bearing.

My clutch needed changing despite very low mileage - contaminated with hydraulic fluid I believe.
