Meet Point:- Colchester United Football Staduim (Axial Way CO4 5ZD)

Meet Time Midday

Upon leaving will head around the B-Roads to Sudbury, upto Sible Hedingham and across to Finchingfield and final stop will be Thaxted. All these places will have great places for photo stops.

Have got a basic route so far but will looking to make minor changes


Will looking to have a after meet meal at the Mulberry Tree which as a Premier Inn next to it, if anyone is planning on staying

Just pick a pub with a large car park! Or any sort of industrial area likely to be open but not full of cars!

Think I'm going to settle on the football stadium as it as a huge car park outside. Now to work out the route

As the Premier inn is right next door, it'd be rude not to book in and enjoy your company over a meal and a few beers.

Also if you only stay at the Premier inn on Sunday night, rooms are £29 each, i'll drive up on the Saturday, meet on Sunday, then Sunday night in the inn too.

Drove the route today, took about 2 hours to drive the route with out stopping. With stops in between looking at around 5/6ish for the meal. Will write up a route for anyone who wants an advance copy, or you can pick one up from me at the meet
