Front Suspension Spring Vibration Damper

Hiya,

I am looking at replacing the front suspension on my 1999 puma with G-MAX shocks and springs.

Do I need to replace / use the Front Suspension Spring Vibration Dampers?

And if so - where is the best place / priced place to get them from?

I took mine off, haven't noticed any difference!
Mind you it is only a track car, might be different on a quiet road car.

If you use Ford replacement struts, the threaded section of the top of the strut is not long enough - so you end up without any vibration dampers !
