How to remove Stop - Light the red plastic ?

How do you remove the circular red plastic of the stop light
Is it with glue stuck...? or...
Is it with grooves....?
How I can remove it without I break it... ?

Jasper used a Dremmel to do a similar thing on his indicators I think.

Tnx, but jasper change the yellow plastic... yellow and white plastics have grooves...
i need remove red plastic and can't see grooves on it...
