removing air con.

Hi guys i have a trackday puma 1.7 and looking to remove the air con as this will save wait and give a little more power.

Im looking for a guide or if anyone has done this before what i need to do this.

plenty have done it, but I don't think there is a guide..

should be easy enough...

just remember, you can not let the gass out int the atmosphere, it has to be emptied by a profesional. it is Dangerous both to you, and the environment.

now, the puma whit ac, has a different (or atleast different location) pas pump. I don't think you have to change it, but you need the Shorter drive belt from the non ac engien.

then it's just a matter of removing the ac bits. the kompressor, evaporator, kondenser, dryer, pipes and such..
you will need to remove the dash to get to the klimate unit and remove the evaporator in there, althoug I don't think it ways too much
