Hi I am stripping my car to build a rally car but I am not sure what these parts are and if they are needed...

This is behind the rear card on the offside ....

Thanks in advance...

I think the first one is the alarm sounder

The second is there purely to allegedly make the car sound better

The third one is to do with the fuel vapour recirculation system which is part of the emmissions package

Can you bypass the vapour recirculation system or is it required?

i wouldnt have thought so,bearing in mind its there for a reason, just leave it there, and let it do the job it was designed for :eek:k:

Hi Johnny,

The last one is the tank vent with crystals in it to filter the fuel out of the fumes rather than vent them to the atmosphere. You can either leave it or remove it. It's been removed on my rally car and the tank now vents to the atmosphere via a hose cable-tied out the way along the fuel filler hose.
