I'm at my wits end and thinking of trashing this bloody car, if it aint one thing it's another.
The problem I have is this: on ignition, it fires up briefly then just stops!
It sat up my driveway since the fuel pump gave out three months ago because I didn't have the money to sort it out.
Steavie kindly supplied me with a new (S/H) one and eventually ie. a couple of days ago I had someone come over and fit the pump plus a new fuel filter.
It was running perfectly well up till yesterday although I did find the battery to be flat.
I just changed the battery for a brand new one and checked fuel delivery - which is ok and there is a priming sound from the fuel pump.
If someone could tell me what they think it might be, I'd be eternally grateful.
