Heated front screen - Retro fit.

Anyone seen this on eBay?

I've been told that to retro fit a heated front screen I'd need someone like Autoglass to fit it, (as the eBay listing states), but to fit the necessary electrics the dash needs to come out, (not as the eBay listing states).

Can anyone clear this up for me?

Also, does anyone have an opinion on the wiring kit advertised on eBay, is it ok or should I avoid?

Only my opinion but I would stick to a scraper and cloth far to much trouble for what you will gain.
