Hi.
I have found a fix to the parcel shelf problem it takes 10 seconds and requires no materials whatsoever.
If you look to the underside of your parcel shelf you will see that the rubber buttons are fixed to the plastic bracket by a metal rod. Get a panel pin hammer or similar and gently tap the pointed end of the rod so it is flush with the plastic bracket. The shelf then becomes a tighter fit in the plastic cutout that it fits into.
