Wot? No update? Haven't you recently received something new to show off? :-D

Sorry, Rob - haven't stopped this week (as well as being crippled with my back)

Thanks for organising Rob, top job :)
And thanks for the unexpected Christmas present; you're a gentleman and a scholar :eek:k:

Many thanks for the mats - completely unexpected and will be a great addition to the smartness of little Thunder. Almost too nice to walk on :eek:k:

He's finally made it into the garage at least!

I badly need to look into my rust issues but where's the fun? nice updates tho Dal, love a cubby hole for me pooma, you could basicly say she's homeless as she lives on the streets!

All MOT'd up now until 2nd April 2015.

Just remembered an oddity:

It had an advisory of "Under-trays fitted obscuring some underside components" which is odd as the Puma doesn't have any underside trays! Must be a standard one they put on all cars now days.

Found this on Pistonheads:
He is advising you that he is unable to fully inspect the vehicle due to the presence of engine covers and undertrays. Due to current MOT laws he is NOT ALLOWED to remove the covers for further inspection.
So now, if 2 weeks down the line an obscured (by panels) fuel/brake/PAS hose bursts under pressure and you take the car back and ask for a VOSA appeal, he has covered his arse sufficiently.

Finally secured the front rubber chin strip properly today, replaced a few poppers in the drivers door card to stop it rattling and aligned one of the rear mudflaps that was wonky..

And a needless shot of "the fleet" lol

Gave it a proper wash this last weekend, finishing with some Autoglym HD wax I've had since Christmas:

The wax is very easy to apply and doesn't dry to a crust like the super resin polish and is a doddle to buff off. Highly recomended as it looks much better in the flesh rather than my phones camera not adjusting well to the overcast conditions

Tucked up in bed:

Another thumbs up for HD Wax - very easy to use. SRP is crap though.

The latest formulation of SRP is better now actually - isn't nearly as dusty as it used to be.

Now the MPS has gone, the Puma gets wrapped up in the garage every night next to the club banner:
