although it really is a little bit sheltered / just sexual..... wheres the fine for restraining a policeman (i did warn him!), using explosives to dispose of an old fridge, having the fire brigade crawl past your house looking for origin of the slightly too loud 'boom' and slowly rising black cloud, asking your very formal boss for a hug whilst sober, terrify your advanced driving instructor, booby trap a senior colleagues desk, being banned from your own workshop for building things a little too fruity / making your boss fail a test!!!

or some others that are def worth a fine or just for ambition....
vandalise / steal a speed camera
get a picture from police speed camera with middle finger up!
