Hi, I have stripped and reassembled the drivers and passengers door four times now one of the times only this weekend gone, many thanks to IanG who supplied the necessary part(s)! The puma has a very particular way the windows are mounted and the doors are assembled.

I countersunk and drove some black plasterboard screws just behind the shelf pins, looks reasonably standard if you do it neat enough. I rarely take mine out so its not an issue.
As tuonokid says; Sounds like the piston isn't retracting correctly after braking... You did squeeze them all the way back in with the reservoir cap off right?

No, just unplug the battery when you change the tps and then go through the ecu calibration procedure like normal

Is the brake pad with clip fully inserted into the piston (flicking a coke can ring pull)?

As far as i understand, the Puma wasn't NCAP tested?
From my own experience though the Puma is a sturdy little thing
With the exception of the above link lol which he must have been giving it the serious beans to do that surely
