At least I won't need to wash the rustbucket :D

Either of them.

Still - a bit of rain won't matter. I dare say they'll be a few pubs that will cope with a mob of hungry / thirsty puma drivers ok.

And at least the driving will be slower.

If it's wet I would hope so. No way I'm driving 'dry style' in the wet.

Just to confirm I will aim for 11am meet at Leics services.

The M1 problems and meeting people en route add a whole hour on to my journey! *moanmoanmoan*

11am? We plan to leave at 11am to get to the main meet point!

10.45am for a quick wee ;)

Just out of interest, how do you force a route planner to do the route you want it to? I have always wanted to know!

Depends on the route planner!

TomToms to "Via" as I'm sure the AA and RAC websites can do.

Google maps is the easiest as you can just drag and drop anywhere on the route map with the click of a mouse to tell it where to go.

I have tried to do that and it just seems to zoom in and out?

Hrm!

I am trying really hard to cheer up at the moment, as a 266 round trip is getting me down. Very unlike me... :(

Well done :eek:k:

Easy when you know how ;)

My housemate has just written her car off due to the slippery roads so I'm leaving early and taking it easy me thinks

 sorry to hear that.

A warning to us all me thinks.

Always bad luck, she spent quite a bit on it a couple of weeks ago to get the MOT

And I wrote my Accord off a week after spending £600 on new wheels and tyres

When it rains, it pours, as she said in her own words
