    Pippa Puma Project

I bought a 06 Fiesta Zetec S while my puma is being restored and since I've had it some kids have danced on the bonnet, some one scuffed the o/s rear corner in a car park and a bus reversed into the front of it. Sigh lol it was mint too.

Cambelt Cover Causing horrible vibration noise

Looks ok on the video but it shows better when you pull up on the belt. Hmm however I have just seen your video of the noise and thats the racket mine made when the tensioner wasnt correctly tensioned. The annoying bit is i had 2 belts put on after the initial cambelt change when it started as...

Cambelt Cover Causing horrible vibration noise

if you take out the 2 top bolts of the timing cover you can pull it across far enough to access the belt, give it a pull up over and if theres a fair amount of lift in it that points to it. Handy to get someone to run the car while you have your ear over the top of it to pin point the noise

Cambelt Cover Causing horrible vibration noise

I would be inclined to think it was the belt tensioner not set right, I fired all sorts of bolts into my timing cover in the hope it was that and it wasnt lol, quick test is to put your finger between the 2 pulleys under the belt and lift upwards. If it can be lifted more than a few mm its not right

    Flo-Flex?

I fitted a Flo Flex gearbox bush set and it was total bollocks. Both were far too big and far too hard. Ended up shaving it to fit and filled it full of holes to take away the harshness. I guess that could have been down to lack of research I suppose

    V220's Puma

5 more bolts to be well at home and potentially snap. I prefer to leave well alone when I live a long way from work. Also the driveshaft looks far too close to it

    V220's Puma

Took some drilling out like yeah lol, Sounds spot on and its just a standard rear box. I thought the hardest part would be splitting the pipe off with all that rot until i tapped it and it fell off... then the fun started!
